Job Search and Youth Guides

The Guides are purchased as a one-year or Lifetime license. The display kiosk is priced separately (see next question).  See our Pricing Page for more information.

$475 for the 80-Pocket Kiosk; $425 for the 44-Pocket Kiosk.  The display kiosk comes from the manufacturer in a choice of colors: tan, putty, grey, black, burgundy or blue.  The price includes all signage plus shipping and handling within the 48 continental states.

Each Licensee has distribution rights to the Guides for the license period.

The Licensee will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to access the secure JobShop web site.  After the Licensee has created a login ID and password, the Licensee will be able to print the Guides to be placed into the kiosk.

The licensee will also be able to download from the JobShop web site an Owners Manual with detailed instructions on how to assemble the kiosk, how to add the organization logo to the Guides and how to print the Guides from the JobShop web site. In addition, a new licensee will receive a DVD containing the interview instructional video, The Job Interview Simplified.

Yes!   We have a Spanish version of the JobSearch Guides, plus Spanish language labels and signage for the display.  Youth Guides are not available in Spanish.

Yes.  Because licensed organizations can print from JobShop's secure web site, JobShop is able to make corrections to Guides as errors are discovered and changes are needed. Both the English and Spanish versions were updated in 2011; the Youth Guides were updated in 2010. The corrected Guides will be available the next time the licensed organization prints the Guides.

Usually, you will be informed on how to access your account within 48 hours of receipt of your order.  You will receive the kiosk to display the Guides within 21 days from the time we get your order.

Q10.  Is JobShop, Inc., a single source provider?

Yes, JobShop, Inc.,and JobShop Publishing LLC are the only publisher, marketer and distributor of the copyrighted job search materials known as JobSearch Guides and Youth Guides.  Only licensed organizations may reproduce and distribute these Guides at the specific location and for the period of their license.

Q11.  How can my organization purchase a license for the JobSearch or Youth Guides?

Q12.  What is the personalization feature? 

Licensed organizations will be able to insert a copy of their logo and up to 5 lines of text at the bottom of each Guide.  Click to see where the logo and text will be placed on the Guide.

Q13.  What is a Lifetime License?

Organizations can choose to purchase one of two types of licenses. The first type, the Annual License, permits organizations to duplicate and distribute for one year the version of the Guides that is available when the license is purchased. At the end of the year, a new license will need to be purchased. If organizations elect not to purchase a new license when the license period ends, they are required to cease duplicating and distributing the Guides from the date of the expired license.

A Lifetime License permits organizations to freely duplicate and distribute the Guides at that location. They will always have access to the most current version of the Guides on the secure JobShop website.
